- Sound Outreach provides support and staffing for the PCABC.
- The Executive Committee is composed of two members from each major sector: financial, community, and local government. The Executive Committee is also staffed by Sound Outreach.
- Bank On Pierce County is an initiative within PCABC and has a Financial Advisory to advance dialogue from within the local financial sector.
- The Advisory group is focused on expanding awareness between the financial sector and community and social service organizations, and advancing change within the financial system in Pierce County toward equity in access and in services.

Bank On Pierce County is committed to helping residents access safe and affordable banking products and services. Our partners span across local nonprofit and community organizations to local government agencies, all working to help improve the financial stability or residents in Pierce County.
Bank On Pierce County is part of the national Bank On movement; like dozens of other Bank On coalitions across the country, Bank On Pierce County partners across sectors to work to connect residents to banking products certified as meeting the Bank On National Account Standards. Bank On Pierce County also helps residents with information about how to use these products effectively and how to navigate the consumer finance marketplace successfully. Bank On coalitions provide outreach and programming to connect residents to safe financial products, partner with local financial institutions to facilitate account access, and work to integrate banking access strategies into nonprofit and government social services.
Joining or supporting Bank On Pierce County helps us do our critical work of connecting residents to safe and affordable banking products, starting them down a path towards a stronger financial future.
